Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every student to feel confident about their decision to study with Horizon Aviation Academy. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our programs.

1. Course Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed only after the full fee (or the first agreed instalment) is received. A confirmation email with course details is sent to you upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation by Student

• Before classes begin: A 100% refund is provided (excluding any payment gateway charges) if the cancellation request is received in writing at least 7 days before the program start date.

• Within 7 days of program start: A 50% refund is provided.

• After classes have begun: No refund will be processed. However, students may carry forward their enrolment to a future batch within 12 months, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation by Horizon

If Horizon Aviation Academy cancels or postpones a batch for any reason, students will be offered a full refund or a seat in the next available batch — at the student's preference.

4. Study Material

Printed study materials, once dispatched, are non-refundable. The cost of dispatched materials may be deducted from any approved refund.

5. Pass-Guarantee Continuation

Our programs include continued class access until you clear the relevant DGCA exam, at no extra fee. This continuation is not exchangeable for a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email in with your full name, enrolment ID and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method.
