By accessing this website, registering for our webinars or enrolling in any Horizon Aviation Academy program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the Website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with normal operation.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, study material and class recordings — is the property of Horizon Aviation Academy and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or share our materials without written permission.

3. Class Recordings & Materials

Recordings, notes and question banks shared with enrolled students are for personal study only. Sharing, reselling or uploading them publicly is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund.

4. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally during live sessions and respect faculty and peers. Disruptive behaviour, harassment or impersonation will result in removal from the program.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While our programs have a strong DGCA pass record and we extend class access until you clear, individual results depend on consistent effort, attendance and personal preparation. We do not guarantee airline employment.

6. Payments & Fees

All fees are payable in advance unless an instalment plan has been mutually agreed in writing. Late payments may pause access to live classes and materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Horizon Aviation Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, content or programs.
